Yume-hime
Like her pseudonym (Yume-hime = Princess of Dreams), Yume-hime's world has a magical atmosphere throughout. The cultural art forms of silhouettes and magic lanterns from Bali and Okinawa are the sources of her inspiration. When she depicts Eastern fantasy and folk tales, she researches their historical background and the mannerisms of daily life. "All aspects of Yohaku (blank space), background, color, and typography have to work all together in order to make perfectly intriguing compositions."
