Ajyunoshin Miyakawa
Ajyu Miyakawa decided to become an artist after wandering through more than 30 countries throughout Europe, Oceania, and more over a two-year period. He started oil painting after he came back from his journey, and got the media’s attention when he mass-produced Japanese celebritiy look-alike dolls. Currently, he is expanding his talents to various areas such as: creating 252 various 3D figurines of extinct animals and endangered species, 94 kinds of 3D monster figurines, as well as selling books, DVDs, figurines and hosting events. His 3D figurines are made by stone clay. It is colored with acrylic paint once it is dry, and completed with varnish. The heights of these figurines range between 15~35 cm (6~14 inches).
